An order cannot move to Ready to Invoice with nothing attached. Enforced by the status change itself, on every board.

Held up by this rule

9 open orders carry no files, so Work Completed is refused on them until something is attached. Turn the switch off and the same move goes through.

No open order is quoted above $10,000.

Price ceiling

A catalog price edit that moves the number more than 15% flips that item back to Pending review. Change the number here and the catalog editor changes with it.
